✉️ Where We Ship

At this time, 85th & Rust ships within the United States only, with standard flat-rate shipping available for the continental U.S.

If you're located in Alaska or Hawaii, I’m happy to look into shipping options for smaller items — just send a message before ordering, and I’ll provide a custom shipping quote based on your location and what you'd like to order.

Every item is handmade and carefully packaged by me, and I appreciate your understanding as I keep things close to home — for now. 💛

🚚 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on item size and destination.

All shipments include tracking. Insurance is included through the carrier. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If a package is damaged during shipping, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking info.

💵 Shipping Policy

To make things easier and more accurate for you, 85th & Rust now uses carrier-calculated shipping at checkout. This means you’ll only pay the actual shipping cost based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — no inflated flat rates or hidden fees.

📦 Shipping Options

We currently ship using:

  • UPS Ground (reliable & cost-effective for larger items)

  • UPS 3-Day Select (faster delivery with tracking)

  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 day delivery for most destinations)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (affordable option for lighter items)

You’ll see your available shipping options and rates at checkout.

⏳ Processing Time

While many items are ready to ship right away, we allow a 1–3 business day window before orders ship. This ensures we have time to:

  • Carefully package your item for safe delivery

  • Handle any custom touches or special orders

  • Respond to unexpected supply needs or emergencies

🛍️ Combined Orders

If you order multiple items, we’ll combine shipping whenever possible to keep costs down. Any significant overages will be refunded after your order ships.

⏳ Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship: Typically ships in 3–5 business days

  • Custom or Preorder Items: Ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on design

🏡 Porch Pickup (Optional)

Local to Alexander City, Alabama? Porch pickup is available for most items!

At checkout, use the LOCAL PICKUP option if you are within 25 miles of Alexander City. I’ll contact you after your order is placed to coordinate pickup details.

📦 Packaging Notes

I wrap every order with care using quality materials — often reclaimed or recycled — to reflect the rustic nature of my work. Your box may be simple, but your item will be safe and thoughtfully packed.

❗Lost or Damaged Shipments

All orders include insurance through USPS or UPS. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Because each item is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, 85th & Rust does not offer refunds or returns for shipping-related issues. However, I’m happy to assist you with the claim process if you need guidance — just reach out.
