📌 Orders & Payment

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos. That’s part of the charm!

  • Payments are securely processed through Squarespace payments or PayPal.

  • Full payment is due at checkout for all ready-to-ship and preorder items.

  • Custom orders may require a deposit, which will be discussed individually.

  • Please double-check your cart before completing checkout. I am not responsible for pricing or listing errors made during launch periods, and I reserve the right to cancel or modify any order that appears to result from technical issues, listing glitches, or misuse of the site.

🛍️ Shipping & Delivery

  • I currently ship within the continental U.S. only.

  • Flat-rate shipping costs are listed during checkout for smaller items. Larger items have shipping costs calculated within the price and will be clearly identified in the product’s listing description as “SHIPPING INCLUDED IN PRICE.” Shipped items include basic insurance.

  • All shipped items include basic carrier-provided insurance. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Important: I am not responsible for delays or damage during transit. However, I’ll gladly help guide you through filing a claim with the mail carrier if needed. If your package is marked "delivered" but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier or delivery office before reaching out.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Because every piece is handmade and often made-to-order: All sales are final.

  • I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact the mail carrier directly with your tracking number and photos to begin a claim.

  • I do not issue refunds for stolen packages, postal errors, or dissatisfaction due to wood grain, knots, finish tone variation, or other natural reclaimed wood characteristics. These are part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.

  • Custom requests are subject to availability. Turnaround time varies depending on the season and will be discussed during your order inquiry.
